AXA cup Luxemburg April 28-29, 2018

U 13 team wins Gold U 11 Silver !
Team CEHA competed in the AXA Huskies Ice Cup  on April 28th-29th 2018 in Luxemburg.
For the first time ever CEHA entered 2 team, U 13 as well as U 11,
winning Gold and Silver respectively.

The U11 team went unbeaten in the round robin portion
of the tournament finishing in 1st place.
In the Gold medal game, they came back from a 2 goal defecit, only
to lose in a thrilling 4-3 overtime final.

The U 13 team went unbeaten in the round robin portion with a 4 win 1 tie record.
They won the Semi final 5-0, and the Final against Feldkirchen Austria 6-0.
Final record was 6 wins 1 tie, with goalie Nico Wiens recording 6 shutouts in 7 games.
CEHA forward, Noah Garthe finished first in tournament scoring and was awarded the most valuable
player award.
