CEHA adult hockey Camp

Canadian Elite Hockey Academy (CEHA)

has decided to offer an adult hockey course, because of the high level of interest.
This course is for players 18 and older (exceptions can be made for younger players wanting to
participate).
 Whether a beginner or advanced player, this course is for you. Players will be put into training
groups with players of equal ability.
 Players will be schooled in the fundamentals of hockey, skating, passing, shooting, checking
and of course as in all CEHA camps, stickhandling will have a heavy priority.
Learning the correct way to pass, shoot, skate, check, and stickhandle, with proper instructions, and corrections,
leads to very noticeable improvements in a short period of time. Practices will be educational and fun.
 Daily practices of 2 hours will be held in the evening (around 18.00) as well as a dry land training and stretching session.
Players can book an all included package, with room and board, plus 3 buffet style meals, for 120 € extra.
The camp will be held in beautiful Braunlage Germany in the Harz national park.
